Return Policy

 

  •  We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Due to seasonal production we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

 

  •  You have 30 days from the date you placed your STL order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

 

  • Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged with our customer service team, you will receive an email directing you to pay for your return. This return label can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to take to your nearest Australia Post drop off location. Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. STL is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.

 

  • All items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and can not be returned.

 

  • If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.

 

  • If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the 10% discount off your first order in this instance. Please contact our customer service team at hello@swanathelabel.com and we will provide you with a new welcome code to be used in conjunction with your store credit.
